Hi Shannon, thank you for the feedback - very understandable, however you attended your appointment with a full face already which eats into time. I’m so sorry to hear you felt disappointed, I always ask my clients at the end of their appointment if there is anything they would like to change and I would be happy to do so and you left with no issues. I wish you would have said there and then and we could have done something about it.🤍
