Hi Mohammad, I noticed you left a 1-star review today for your appointment on 17 September. I was surprised to see this, as the appointment was over two weeks ago. I’m sorry to hear you weren’t happy with the service. Could you please let me know what was wrong with the fade or beard trim? If there was any problem, I would have been happy to help or fix it for you. I’d really appreciate understanding what happened. Thank you.

Hi bro I am mahemt I’m sorry for the confusion. I was unwell and wasn’t working that day. I only went to Paragon briefly to pick up a few things; I wasn’t working there. I apologise for the inconvenience.
