I’m sorry you feel disappointed. As a self-employed appointment-only business, no show appointments are charged in line with the booking policy agreed to at the time of booking. The card details entered when booking are used to process no show appointment fees, and automatic appointment reminders are also sent beforehand the day before. I wish you all the best moving forward 🤍

absolutely love my nails by Jade — they are lush every single time! 💅🤍 The attention to detail is amazing, and she always makes them look so pretty ...and 🤍 Jade is so professional but also really chatty and welcoming, which makes the whole appointment feel relaxing and comfortable from start to finish. She genuinely makes you feel at ease and cared for. I’ve been struggling badly with my hand lately, and she was so patient, kind and thoughtful throughout my appointment. She checked in on me, showed real concern, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time, which meant so much to me. Such a lovely pamper experience every time , I always leave feeling better and loving my nails. Highly recommend Jade to anyone looking for not only beautiful nails, but also a genuinely caring nail technician 🤍 thanks so much 😊

I honestly can’t recommend Jade enough — she’s an absolute gem of a nail tech. Every single appointment feels like a treat because she consistently go...es above and beyond, not just with her work but with the whole experience. Her attention to detail is unreal, and she always takes the time to make sure everything is perfect. Whether I come in with a clear idea or no clue at all, she somehow brings it to life even better than I imagined. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes real pride in what she does. On top of that, she’s just such a lovely person — warm, welcoming, and easy to chat to, which makes every visit something I look forward to. If you’re thinking about booking with Jade, do it.
