Well the the customer service was good ,been doing the HD brow for a while now on Browwow bit of a hit and miss. Today they really upset me , I am not... satisfied with my eyebrows. They waxed off quite a bit of eye brow from the middle and applied the makeup with eye brow pencil after that. I didn’t notice it before but after taking off the makeup I can see my eyebrows are gone. Not worth the money. Never going back again. Show more
