Thank you for your review Cathy, I felt when you left that you weren't 100% happy with the groom and I do apologise for every dog that comes I do try and complete them on time as safely as possible. Your pup was very anxious throughout the groom and I tried various methods to keep her still and safe and even had her on the sling as I mentioned to try and finish her legs and feet but she kept pulling away, it was the same for her face, as she kept pulling away I couldn't continue with the scissors or even the thinners. I asked for more time to see if I could complete the groom and requested you stay with her so we can trim her nails and finish her feet. Her body was trimmed with a 4f and her legs one size up 3f and her head was trimmed with a comb attachment two sizes up from her body and I used the scissors to blend everything in. I have now extended the time for all the grooms to accommodate any unforeseen circumstances. As this was her first time at the shop I wish it went perfectly and if you don't decide to bring her back I wish you and her all the best with your next groomer and the shop is always happy to have her back.
