Hi alena as i explained i try to use hema free products on my clients as it’s overall better for your natural nails, your nails and skin around your nails were quite damaged from you being a nail biter which is why i choose the hema free option as it’s more gentle. i apologised and offered you a new set free of charge, when you came to your new appointment the skin around your nails were infected due to being badly bitten to which i apologised again as i couldn’t do your nails and suggested you pop into a pharmacy, you then received a course of antibiotics for the infected nails and after this course was finished you sent me pictures of the nails to which i suggested to leave them bare for another week to heal as the skin around your cuticle was still raw, i had messaged you about days i had available but you booked yourself in then cancelled the next day and left this review, again i’m really sorry but i have tried to rectify the situation twice to no avail x
