Hi Xhili, I am absolutely gutted that you have left this review. I offered to retone it for you and do whatever you wanted so you were happy with your hair! I also told you not to pay anything and that I would refund the deposit paid also. All of which you said no to and even insisted on paying me cash which I kept trying to give back to you. You told me if I didn’t accept the payment you wouldn’t come back to me! Your roots were definitely not yellow but I appreciate that your natural colour had lightened and that you didn’t like this. Everyone who was in the salon said how nice your hair looked and also witnessed you insisting on paying some cash! Throughout the appointments we have had there seems to be a pattern of you complaining about other services you have had elsewhere eg nails, Botox, hair etc so I am wondering if it’s pretty difficult to make you happy. As you haven’t given me a fair chance to try and sort this problem out and proceeding to leaving me an awful review even after immediately on the day I offered to do whatever you wanted to make you happy please do not return to Salon Symphony.
