I went to Serena via a recommendation from a friend for my LVL and eyebrow wax and tint and as someone who is very very fussy with my how I have my la...shes done, I can honestly say they are perfect every time. She checks at every appointment to make sure I was happy with how they looked before and if there’s anything I want to change she does them exactly how I want them. Not only is she amazing at what she does she is genuinely one of the loveliest, sweetest people I have ever met in my life which makes the whole experience so much nicer. I go to her salon in Ewell and it’s absolutely stunning and so cosy. I would highly recommend Serena to anybody who is looking for an amazing beautician!

Honestly, Serena is the first nail technician I’ve found in the UK who genuinely cares about quality rather than rushing through appointments just to serve more clients. She takes pride in her work, and it really shows in the results. I highly recommend Serena to anyone living in Surrey or around London.
