Larisa was welcoming, professional and friendly from the moment I arrived and throughout. The Japanese head spa Three Sisters package was the most rel...axing experience! The products used smelled and felt amazing, the music and atmosphere was peaceful and calm, and the attention to detail, care and skill Larisa showed was incredible.
