The whole experience from the minute I arrived was calm, professional and very relaxing! Everything was so inviting, warm, soft and a beautiful atmosp...here created. Gaynor gave a wonderful back, neck and shoulder massage and eased lots of knots and then I had a reflexology session (which I hardly remember as maybe I dozed!! Zzzzzz) The results were explained to me afterwards and all made sense, would highly recommend!

A really lovely reflexology experience from start to finish. The space felt calm and welcoming, which made it easy to relax straight away. The treatme...nt itself was soothing and clearly tailored with care, and I could feel tension easing throughout. I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and much more balanced- I will be back ☺️
