Kay was recommended by a friend who told me how much Kay's reiki had helped her sleep, and how much better she felt generally.
I have a few health iss...ues at the moment , as well as restless sleep.
Kay is a lovely lady, easy to talk to, i immediately felt at ease,
I booked 3 sessions.
I had reiki the first session
And 2 indian head massages with reiki, has they where soooo good.
It was so relaxing, like a out of body experience,
I feel much better within myself and am now sleeping like a log 😴.
