When your current haircut is over 3 months old, or you fancy any kind of change to an existing style, regardless of when it was cut, for e.g: you have one - length hair and want layers/a fringe, or your hair is in a short bob and you want same length vibe but messier/choppier... etc. you get the picture.

Returning clients only. You need to have been explicitly informed by me you are permitted to book this service. This is for when your hair was last cut roughly 1-2ish months ago. No change of style.
However: in case of very short styles (pixie cut etc) please book within 2 months otherwise please choose "Restyle"

For new clients.  This is all about you. We'll chat about where your hair is at, what products you're currently using and whether they're working for you, and I'll give you home maintenance tips and advice. This allows for me to really assess your hair and take good time to create something comfortable and easy-wearing for you. We will also discuss frequency of following visits for maintenance if that's something that works for you.

Caveat: If your current cut really is short (think: pixie/short back and sides etc, GET IN TOUCH with pics and I'm sure we can sort you out with one of my other shorter services.)

Basically what it says really: when you are having a crisis and decide now's the time to bring back that fringe you swore never to do again. Jokes! We'll make it better than before, and I'll give you styling tips.  Or you've been dreaming of sweepy bangs but never had the courage to try. I got you. Lets do it.

Your existing undercut/buzzed section is looking hedgey and needs taming. Come on in.

This is for existing clients: your current fringe needs to have been cut by me. Its now annoying you by hanging in your eyes and needs no more than a tidy-up.  If you're wanting a new fringe, or for e.g your curtain bangs want to now become a micro fringe, do me a solid and book a "new fringe". Thank you!

Come in with your idea or ask for advice, we can decide together and buzz off that hair thats got to go.  There will be no "fading" or scissors used - if it turns out that is what you're after then I'll fit it in if I have the time, and adjust your service price after discussing with you.

A 15 minute chat to discuss your hair colour goals and budget. Bring in at least 3 reference images of desired colour, and what is helpful too might be a few images of what you DON'T want for eg: You're after a sunny, lived in blonde but are unsure of the colour terminology? Images are so helpful for that, even if they're our new love/hate AI. Together we'll uncover what you're after, and whether or not it might be right for you.

I'll apply a patch test, and possibly take some hair strands for testing if deemed necessary. 

Within a few days I'll email you with your quote : I cost my colour services according to estimated length of time and product I'll need.

After that we can go about booking you in!
