From first reaching out to Lucy through to my first appt with her she was so so lovely and helpful. I’d never had a lash lift before - she talked me t...hrough the process and different options and the final result was amazing! Couldn’t believe they were my natural lashes. Also had BIAB done and as a chronic nail biter really appreciated how kind and patient Lucy was with me whilst continuing to check in that I was okay and comfortable! 10/10 recommend will be using regularly in future especially as booking is so easy. I had my lash lift and tint done 4 weeks ago and I’m amazed at the difference the lash restorative treatment has made. My lashes had retained their li...ft really well from my initial appointment but were in need of a tint to bring them back to life and they’re popping again. Would 100% recommend Lucy, she’s been amazing, super friendly and talks through the entire process making you feel at ease. I also had brow lamination and Lucy has again done an amazing job redefining my brows and tidying them up.
