You’re right, and I’m really sorry about your experience. I completely understand that you had other plans, and I apologise that your appointment took longer than expected. Normally, we have two barbers working in the shop, but unfortunately the other barber couldn’t come in today. This meant I was working alone and the shop became very busy, which put me under a lot of pressure. I understand that this is not your fault, and I’m sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you
