Booking Policies

£20 non-refundable booking fee is required for appointments & will be deducted from your treatment total
Please give adequate notice for changes:
• 48+ hours: fee may be transferred
• Under 48 hours: 40% of treatment cost
• Under 24 hours/no-show: 100%
Late cancellations/no-shows require any outstanding balance to be paid before rebooking
Payment is due after treatment by cash or bank transfer
Please arrive on time.Arrivals over 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may still be charged
