I am disappointed how my first ever appointment went as it didn't even happen. I was booked for acertain hour a month in advance and 3 weeks later the... time of the appointment was changed by the business to 2 hours earlier than my original time, which I was only notified by email. I don't check my emails regularly and therefore I didn't get to the appointment on time. It would be nice to receive a phone call before changing the time of the appointment. But I will not be booking with them again. Show more
