    Kev’s ‘simple’ Bootcamp is simply brutal, kettle bell rack lunges between assault and trail runs! Felt good after a swim and hot tub, amazing gym!

    Velo class this morning had it all!! Loads of energy from Kev with quality tunes to get through what was a quality class! Thinking on his feet Kev managed to squeeze everyone in on all the kit available! Never a same class at L2L!
