Wash cut & Blowdry

Firstly I’d like to start off by stating I had booked the appointment with the only option of person at the time. A day before my appointment I had a ...message to say can i reschedule my appointment to another day. I specifically booked for this day as I had my own baby shower to attend and waited a lot time for this haircut. On the day I kindly had my haircut by the main stylist i believe and the reason for asking if my haircut could be rescheduled was explained, that the original person no longer worked there anymore. That is not my fault firstly. The same person is still on booked form even now and as a customer if I’ve booked a service for a certain amount of price i expected to pay that price but i ended up paying more which I wasn’t very happy about to be honest. I liked my haircut but even i explained i have my hair very basic as it’s easy to style yet I’ve come home and realised that my hair is too short and im gonna have to grow it out completely. It looked good on the day but as i explained initially i am easy with my hair and this style is not for me. Show more

Hi Sanya, first of all apologies if you found the service was not up to your requirements however, the shortage of staff was out of our control, we still kept your appointment by juggling other clients around so we would like to think we are very accommodating. At the time you were extremely happy with your hair, the cut, the blow dry was done with upmost care and passion, had you been unhappy we would always offer some compensation whether it be fixing what's been done or a discount off your next appointment. We have been in this profession for over 25 years and have a high return of regularr clients not to mention many through word of mouth. We aim to please all our clients as each and every one of them are very valuable. We appreciate the feedback as we believe this is a core element for every successful business.
