I had the most relaxing hour having lash extensions, the result was unbelievably natural which was my aim, not to have to wear makeup on a daily basis... on my eyes. I see it as helping to reduce the aging effect as I’m not daily adding makeup and cleaning it off - and I wake to already lovely lashes. Lashes were put on beautifully the issue was when I got home.. I got a call saying that I had given them ‘fake’ notes and demanded that I was to come ...back right away and pay by card. I had a flight to catch in a few hours so this wasn’t possible and they knew this. I advised them to go to the bank to have my money checked before accusing me as the money I had was drawn out from the bank that morning. A few days has now past with no response. I’ve been constantly messaging asking if they have been to the bank but just being ignored which tells me that my money was indeed ‘real!’ No apologies, no response, nothing.. I understand there are lots of fraudulent notes going around but please get your facts right before accusing someone and demanding them to come back and pay you differently. Very poor customer service and will not be returning.. Show more
