One word…amazinggg!! Chelsea is soo friendly, kind, warm and incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to brows! She’s so easy to get along with and made... me feel instantly relaxed as soon as I walked in the room! SAPH = PHENOMENAL. She was so careful and meticulous about the process and making sure I’m happy with the outline. Gave her professional opinion, talk...ed me through the process, the healing process and was generally just informative. Also so personable and kind, we laughed, I took a nap. Everything was smooth and she made me feel so comfortable. Not a fan of needles and I have a very low pain threshold but aside from the outline which was more like an annoying scratch rather than pain, I literally fell asleep while having it done. Could not recommend SAPH enough!! Show more

Couldn’t recommend Chelsea Brows enough! Each visit to Chelsea has been such a positive experience. The studio is beautiful and clean, also situated i...n a really accessible area, as someone who travels into Birmingham for appointments. Chelsea is so friendly and you instantly feel at ease around her. She has such an eye for detail when creating your brows, offering her professional opinion but also taking on board the style/result you want. Her amazing work speaks for itself. Since having my brows done it has completely changed my confidence. I’ve gone from wearing make up all day everyday to hardly ever. Best decision I’ve ever made, so worth the investment! 0 communication, very difficult to rebook as no one replies to messages or phone calls. Had to rebook as they had a no water in the building and maint...enance work going on, couple of hours before the appointment. Was offered a 10% discount because of this inconvenience and Rebooked on a Sunday. No confirmation of appointment on app or through text even after messaging/calling multiple times as it states they only work Monday-Friday. Show more
