    Adrian has been training me since the beginning of his PT journey. I knew he was very knowledgable as he has numerous qualifications and personal achievements to add to his very friendly, patient and honest approach. I have been going to the gym for many years but Adrian has taught me the correct techniques and encourages me to try new things. I get withdrawal symptoms if I don’t go!
