Helen did a beautiful set of BIAB nails for my holiday. I chose a leopard detail and it looks fantastic. Would recommend 🐆❤️

Helen was lovely. However, I felt a finer nail file should have been used on the top of my nails as this made my nail bed sensitive. The skin above my... cuticle was pushed back (a lot, which I think was confused for my cuticle) this ended up causing a small open wound and was very soar.- the nail tech then went to cut this skin off with scissors (which I refused as this of course could cause an open wound/ infection). I felt gas lighted as when I explained my nails were soar, I was told this was because I bite my nails. My nails were repeatedly filed down even after the application of top coat (bearing in mind I am a nail biter, and there was really nothing there to file down) x2 weeks later and my nails are still a bit soar. I will not be returning to this salon. I do not want to say anything bad about a place/practice. However I feel it is important for others to know what my experience was like. I will add that there was another customer come in before I left who seemed to be a regular and seemed happy as a returning customer. Unfortunately this was not my personal experience. Show more

If you are nail biter it’s worth to mention that upon booking - so more experienced in bitten nails stylist could look after you.
