Arrived ten minutes early to my appointment and was seen straight away, no waiting around. Emma did a consultation as to exactly what I wanted done to... my hair. Lovely young lady washed my hair, very friendly approach and extremely thorough wash! Offered a hot drink whilst in the chair. Lovely establishment and very friendly atmosphere.
