At first she was lovely we had no issue she did my hair ect. I rebooked her to do my sister hair she suggested 9pm it was abit late but I thought u know what I’ll do it anyway... I messaged her I asked her where she was which she starting ignoring my...

After completing her sisters hair, daughters hair & hers. Client requested to cancel her 4th appointment at 8.30am on the same day. Her cancellation was administered & the fee was waived out of goodwill. Closer to 11am she asked to keep her appointment. she was advised that her slot had been taken & i could possibly make it for 9pm considering my day went to plan. After further correspondence she has gone on to post half of the story, refusing to pay for or let me collect hair i had left at her home, resulting in this spiteful edited review.....
