Hi Alisa I’m sorry you wasn’t happy with the outcome of your treatment. During the consultation I advised your lashes where chemically damaged by a lash lift previously somewhere else and really you should wait I advised this would effect you lash out come you also advised me you wanted size 12 as you had lash extensions elsewhere that size, my professional judgment was they were too long so I decided to use length 8,9,10. You messaged me saying they were too long and you didn’t like them. I tried to be accommodating and get you booked back in to resolve this but unfortunately you was moving away and you couldn’t make it. you also said you would cut them which I advised not too. Before I could give you other options to resolve this matter you messaged me to say you had gone elsewhere to have them removed. Again I’m sorry we couldn’t resolve this matter and I wish you all the best for your move.
