Hi Rachel! Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, I am prided on my ability to provide a 5 star service quickly and with as much flexibility as possible but I am disappointed at your opinion that i lack attention to detail and at the accusation of cutting your nails short. During the appointment ( after I accomdated your late arrival and the removal of your nails from another technician.) you requested a nail reshape, I believed you were happy with this. In terms of the nail coming off, this is something that can happen unfortunately and on any occasion I would have been more than happy to resolve this for you if you had have contacted me, however, i have been sent images from social media explaining that you had lost the nail at the gym when cutting your hand. Again I do apologise that you felt the need to share such a poor review of my work but I do hope you find a nail technician that is more suitable for your requirements in future.
