Absolutely love Emma and her mum! Professional, helpful, friendly. They have gone above and beyond for my since I’ve met them. I use the sunbeds frequ...ently and everything is ready to go and always give brilliant advice on the new tanning accelerators. I’m getting married soon and they’ve organised a pamper party for me, my mum and bridesmaids, ordered nail polishes in especially for us, we’re having eyebrows, eyelashes, acrylic nails, gel toes and more. They will also be doing flowers for our wedding reception when we’re back. Can’t thank Emma enough for everything. Highly recommended to anyone. Show more

Hey, you booked a 9pm appointment due to the Christmas rush I have been overwhelmed with work. I started at 8am . I took on more than I can chew and stated please could we re arrange to a daytime or early eve appointment . I received no reply. So I’m terribly sorry you feel this way .

It’s very rare that I post a review unless it’s been extremely great or very poor and unfortunately the eyelash extensions I received from the beauty ...salon was the worst I’ve ever experienced! My usual appointment time to get extensions done is around 1.5-2 hours but I was only there for 45 mins to which it became clear why once I was back in my car. The lady was nice and welcoming I don’t fault that but the lashes were clumped so much that it tugged on my hairs and it was painful, I had to cut out a chunk of my hair because she got allot of the glue in there while resting on me. I am now having to wear strip lashes from all the damage that has been done to my eyelashes. I will never be returning to this beauty salon and unless you care for your natural lashes I urge others to avoid. Show more

Hey babe it has came to my attention that these lashes where applied over a month ago , I’m sorry to hear this and I’m upset u haven’t contacted us first! , but I cannot say I’m responsible I did take a photo of your lashes I’ll post below, that shows no lashes stuck together or clumped , within the 3- 4 weeks products you have applied may have caused this.
