Unfortunately if I could submit zero, I would do so. My appointment had been moved multiple times. Finally when the appointment was confirmed, I show...ed up at Evolve Brows, but the shop was closed. There’s no way of reaching Evolve Brows as there is not an operating telephone line. I waited over half an hour past my appointment time and the beautician did not show up. Very disappointed. This review is factually incorrect. The appointment was moved once for a legitimate and unavoidable reason. The client was notified of this via email and via text message with over 48 hours notice. A new appointment date was offered.
