As you had made us aware you have been unhappy with your services from your previous salons too we were very eager to try and help. From our end there were no hidden charges and we explained in full each service charge before carrying it out. We hope all our clients are willing to take our advice on how best to achieve their desired colour and aftercare but unfortunately you didn’t choose to take our advice on this occasion.
