I normally have a great experience here. Excellent fades and service. This time I made an appointment and came in 1 minutes before my appointment to s...ee both chairs occupied. One of the gentleman was just about to have his haircut but I asked the barber what was going on. He said “you are supposed to be here 5 minutes before your time slot and we call you to verify if you are late”. I never received that call. My number was listed correctly. So the barber, after a little fuss, removed the customer and made it right by putting me in my time slot. If you are on Booksy then honor the appointments! 1 minute early is on time in my world. First time going to this barber. I used Asda car park to leave my car for a wash and then got my haircut by Ari. Very clean and extremely friendly sta...ff. I was offered a drink also. Haircut was exactly as I wanted it. Other barber had a customer who required a slight adjustment and he was happy to accommodate.
