This is a great non nonsense Gym, and you will feel comfortable from the start. Whatever is your Aim, fitness, building muscle, get more flexibility, ...gain strength, loosing or gaining weight and recovery from an illness you will be able to get advice here. I train with John for over a year now and I can see a big difference on my body shape, fitness level, posture, strength and flexibility. My mood is much better too! John has really listened to what I want and Taylor a training program that suits my pace and yet builds on every time . Show more
