I booked the 'girls first hair cut' for my daughter in Lickey End. The lady who cut her hair was lovely, really sweet and great with the children and ...with the parents, the cut seems good too! However I was a littler disappointed with the salon, for the price I was expecting it to be beautiful, but it really needs some TLC. There were huge cobwebs hanging, the main wall is plain white and grubby - wheres the colour for a childrens salon?! However I will say the certificate and lock of hair/balloon was a lovely touch for the first hair cut. Show more

I honestly hate taking my boys (two year old twins) to the hair dressers because neither of them enjoy it. But I have to say finding this hair dresser...s has changed it all. No they don’t enjoy it still but the whole experience is so much less traumatic. I hope with time they will get used to it and eventually enjoy it! Thank you Show more

We’ve been going to Denisa for almost an year and a half now and she is absolutely amazing! We are travelling from Coventry because we really struggle...d to find a shop who would have the patience with our son when he was three. I thought the lady who cut the hair was lovely, she was kind and quick and did a decent job. Downsides were the cost and duration of appointment. You ...have a 15 minute slot which isn't long especially if the child before runs over, I also think £14 is very expensive for what you get. That said my little one has a nice haircut and he didn't cry which was good, the little car and tv's help with that, but it's still a bit overpriced. Maybe slightly longer apt slots could help the children feel less rushed, and would also feel more value for money. Show more

Always go here for both my boys haircuts. My youngest loves having his haircut which makes it easy but my older one not so much but she always helps t...o calm him and helps make it an easier process. Thank you for always having patience with him. So much better when there is only one child in the salon at a time. Also being able to book a time slot rather than having to sit and wait in a queue is really helpful. See you again soon. Show more
