I am usually a very happy customer the photo on the right is what i always have and love it. Today I was given photo on the left , I am not happy with... this and expressed this twice was told it was the same , 11 and 12 ‘s doll eye look. Which it is clearly not I am extremely disappointed as I have to wait two weeks to correct this look. Show more
