I have been to couple of Frans classes. Hes a great trainer and makes classes fun but hard going. Definitely recommend for ladies to try and it's suitable for all fitness levels...

Completed the first of 8 private sessions with Fran and can’t wait for all the others ! He’s patient but also puts you through your paces which is what he’s there for. Very knowledgeable and excited to learn more 😃...
