Not smiling or welcoming. Room nice, but no ambient lighting, gentle music, or relaxing smell. Was told “tick tock” and pointed at watch when getting undressed, while she was stood holding a towel, as she did not vacate room. No choice of aromatherap...y “scent” offered. Massage was good, although back and neck, but no real massage given to neck area. Made some conversation, but wasn’t listening to answers as repeated the same question twice. At end no water offered and stayed in room while redressed. Under pressure to leave quickly as she was saying “who have I got next, and checking calendar. If the massage had not been cheap, and good, would have been asking for money back. Will never use hotel or spa again. No relaxation room after, waiting area more like a poolside cafe. Would not recommend to anyone.

Fantastic full body massage along with an Indian Head Massage and foot massage. I got a choice of essential oils and had a consultation beforehand to discuss pressure (+ Sonia adjusted the pressure of the massage to my preference throughout). Sonia w...as very friendly and professional. I've had a handful of massages in different places and this has been the best so far! 5 stars.
