This gym has changed my life . My perspective on how I feel about exercise I use to believe it was all about cardio and weights was just for men well ...hell to the NO because I LOVE it but I also have the right coaches id be lost without Matthew and Gemma and my relationship towards food has changed soooo much actually my whole mindset has.
