Ooff that’s a bit mean if they fall out which sometimes it can happen you are more than welcome to come back and have them infilled it’s really not a problem. It’s really sad to see a woman trying to sabotage a small business instead of trying to sort out the problem first you could have got Alison to infill them if you liked the way she did it especially if they started to fall out in 2 days. You should really think what a knock effect things can have by leaving negative reviews like that !!! Try and be kind

I had a very poor experience at Lash and Locks Sheffield today, and I feel it’s important to share the details for others who may be considering booki...ng here. My friend and I both had lash extensions done (I had classics for £45, and she had hybrids for £50), and we left feeling extremely disappointed. From the start, the hygiene practices were concerning — we noticed lashes being dropped on the floor, picked up, and then still used, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, neither of our natural lashes were cleaned before application, which is a standard step in any professional lash service to ensure the glue adheres properly and to prevent irritation or infection. The application itself was not done with care. My lashes are clumped together, stuck to one another, and uneven, with visible glue clumps that make them look messy and unnatural. My friend’s hybrid set has the same issues, with some lashes crossing over and creating an untidy appearance. We both left with sore, irritated eyes, which is very worrying and suggests that either the glue was not applied correctly or that hygiene standards were not met. For the price we paid (£95 in total), the quality of work and service was unacceptable. I expected professional treatment and well-applied, comfortable lashes, but this experience has left me upset and feeling like I wasted my money. I will be seeking a refund due to the poor quality and hygiene concerns, and I would not recommend this salon to others based on our experience today. Show more

Normally we would respond to such a terrible review with an apology in the first instance, but we cannot in the case. It looks like you have had some lash extension loss, which occasionally happens when your own eyes water excessively due to treatment. Something we are more than happy to put right within a week for free, as is our policy. It was explained to you that the glue we use can be stingy when you open your eyes which is temporary and standard with eyelash extensions. In regard to placement of the extensions I cannot see anything that warrants such a long and really unfair bad review. And in regard to hygiene, as well, the technician remembers dropping the whole tray of strips of extensions and picking them up from a clean floor! She would never stick an unclean lash to anyone and we take this very seriously and feel your comment is completely u justified. We will certainly not be refunding you for such unfair, defamatory and unwarranted remarks against a small business.
