Hello Avani, thanks for your feedback. As I explained yesterday when offering mobile services there are factors which can’t be controlled, in this instance the closure of the Blackwell Tunnel, which caused huge traffic disruption. When I realized how late this would be make I did offer to reschedule your appointment which you declined. When I advised you I was 5 minutes away you then began to get upset (understandable but out of my control), and wanted to cancel, not surprising as you cancelled your last 2 appointments at short notice (around an hour before each appointment). I feel your rating is somewhat unfair as I advised you the traffic was bad, and I can only go by what the satnav is telling me, and you still asked me to continue. Apologies once again there was traffic, which affected my timekeeping and I wish you well in the future. Natalie
