Would never be back completely ruined my natural lashes. Lashes don’t even last an hour left me in extreme pain. avoid second photos is from the next ...day after getting them done most fell out 3rd photo you can see the extensions are stuck to my eye lid and 4th photo is from the same day getting them done and they are different sets completely unprofessional accuses me of sending photos of someone else and said they could not of been done by her even though I sent time stamps and dates of when she done them. No refunded offered bought a voucher and she doubled it then told me cus I used what I paid then no refund even though she doubled it. absolute joke and terrible customer service. on her phone most of the time probably why they were stuck to my eye lids Show more

Thanks Naomi for your review. As I've already said to you this would not have happened if you didn't forcefully remove the lashes yourself. They need removed professionally. Any issues should have came straight back to me. Sorry your unhappy with the service hope you find somewhere else that suits better. 🥰
