I visited Reign for the first time yesterday, for a cut & blow dry with Caitlin. Right from walking through the door, I was made to feel welcome, offe...red a drink & told that Caitlin would be with me soon. I was given a lovely cup of tea, with biscuits so was quite happy! After around 7-8 minutes my hair was shampooed, with a very nice head massage too. Then Caitlin came over & talked through what I wanted done. She offered good advice & listened to my thoughts. I also wanted advice on colouring my hair at some point soon & she took a lot of time to talk through options & ideas. I didn't want very much cut off or restyling so the cut was done pretty quickly but I felt very comfortable with her skill & ability. All the girls in the salon were lovely & friendly & I enjoyed the whole experience. Now looking forward to going back in March for highlights, ready for my daughter's wedding in April. Can't fault Reign & would thoroughly recommend. Show more
