turned up for said appointed and they had no idea about it and the girl that confirmed the booking wasnt even there! another lady done our make up but... we were not happy & had to come home to wash our faces and do it ourselves- the lady that done us was lovely but definitely not a make up artist so overall we definitely wouldn’t be back and we were charged £30 instead of £25 - my mum had to call in and ask for the differance back Show more

Had booked makeup an hair appointment for a wedding. Makeup was gorgeous and was just done how i liked it. But when it was time to get it done i was i...nformed that they can straighten or curl my hair and couldnt do a upstyle. This was extremely upsetting as it was unable to had someone to do my hair.
