Hi, I’m very confused by this review. By my records I had you in nearly a month ago. I pride myself in my professionalism and I have strong and trusting relationships with my clients. Any and all conversations within appointments are confidential, I have created a safe space space for my clients to speak freely with me without any fear of anything being repeated. As someone who has frequently visited many salons I understand that it is a place that many people use to vent, therefore I maintain an atmosphere where everyone feels secure to do so. I would appreciate if you could provide more information so I can address the issue that you feel is present.
