Another fantastic appointment with Kelly. I messaged her a few weeks before my appointment to let her know what colour is was thinking for my hair. I ...had grey to cover and because of my perm, I couldn’t have bleach to lighten my hair (this is the first time in years that I haven’t had bleach in my hair). I was worried that I was looking a bit drab and dull. I wanted a colour to liven up my face. I suggested a burgundy colour or blue/black. Kelly said the blue/black would not work but said yes to burgundy. Fast forward to my colour appointment and as usual, I had changed my mind and wanted to just cover my greys using my natural colour. Kelly showed me the colour she had in mind, which was the burgundy I had suggested in the first place. I have absolute trust in Kelly and told her to just do it. She did and I am so happy with my colour. She was absolutely right! I love it! Show more

I wanted a perm done and Kelly asked me to come in for a consu...ltation, we discussed what the process would be and if it would be possible. So I knew straight away that I was in safe hands. The day of my perm appointment arrived and I had last minute nerves, again, Kelly eased away my anxiety. The end result is perfect curls, exactly what I wanted. Thank you Kelly. Kelly absolutely transformed my hair - my haircut basically needed completely fixing from a previous cut elsewhere but as I had a Lob cut I was a litt...le anxious to loose much more length around my face and Kelly did so well it she took it all up in the back, layered it through to give it shape and more edge and easier to wash n go between cuts and kept the length around my face! I didnt have any choice but to go short as my hair was a mess but i am pretty upset because i showed her a photo and she made it look nothing like it,... im now having to pay a lot more money to go and get it fixed elsewhere once again. Gutted to be honest, wouldve said something whilst i was there but i was just in shock, cried all the way home. I have attached what i asked for and what i got. The back is way too short now, may aswell shave it off. Absolutely nothing like the photo and i look like a mushroom now. Show more

The photo you showed me is shorter than the end style, as discussed at the appointment you didn’t want to lose anymore length around your face …. It’s also longer at the back because you didn’t want it ‘shaved’. Styles were limited as you came to me last minute having cut your hair yourself to all different lengths by your own admission, and your hair was intensively over processed by bleach. You left after being shown the style from every angle and said you were never going to like it short, but you were left with no choice because of the cut you had done. Anything you were unhappy with I would have been more than happy to change, or tweak; no such conversation was had with me and you messaged me afterwards asking for the photos of the before and after…… I always try to make sure clients leave happy, instead of speaking to me directly so I could offer to rectify anything disliked, you have left saying your happy then posted a negative review with no correspondence with me…
