    • Colonic Hydrotherapy with COFFEE enema

      A Colonic Hydrotherapy session with an organic coffee enema administered towards the end of the treatment. Important – coffee enemas are recommended after a minimum of 2-3 colonics; then the colon is less impacted to ensure good absorption of the liquid enema. So ideal to add in after your first colonic. However if you chose a double colonic then we can administrate during this session if its your first one. Hydrate and cleanse toxins and wastes from your digestive tract, whilsts detoxifying your liver with the organic coffee enema to improve overall digestion.       Select this option if you you are looking to book a double session for one person. The session will last for 1 hour and 30 minutes, you will be on the bed for 1 hour and 15 mins. I would recommend this option for returning clients. If you have not had a colonic before please just book a single session first.       This personalised gut health plan is perfect for somebody looking to take positive steps in improving their gut health without under going a colonic hydrotherapy treatment. You do not need to visit the clinic for this service which means its available to all you beautiful people UK wide. We will work together to manage your symptoms and come to a place where you are no longer suffering. The plan will include a 30 minute consultation which can be done in the clinic, on the phone or over zoom. Before this appointment you will be required to fill in a comprehensive health questionnaire so I can get to know you better and learn the specific issues you’re having with your gut. During the appointment we will discuss your conditions and symptoms in full and create a personalised plan for you to follow. We will make sure that the plan fits in with your lifestyle, work patterns and commitments. This service includes a 15 minute follow up 3 weeks after your first appointment to see how you are getting on and to see if we need to make any tweaks.
