Would leave a zero star review if it was possible. I booked an appointment with Mia for a set of mega Russians. She confirmed the appointment which wa...s for this afternoon. I waited outside the ‘B’ block of flats for twenty minutes, she not once answered her buzzer despite me ringing it maybe 6 times while I still attempted to remain polite and not bombard the buzzer. I rang her and text her saying I was outside over the 20 minutes and she may as well have been a ghost, my first time using her services and would absolutely recommend avoiding. She still hasn’t bothered to respond. Booksy should charge companies for failing to behave like a professional decent business. Some people have absolutely no idea that having a business means having professionalism and showing up to every appointment and commitment or cancelling in advance if absolutely necessary. I’ve not only wasted my time taking a break from running my own business, I’ve wasted my fuel and also my money on a baby sitter. Avoid. (In response to reply, I’m not on Instagram, booked appointment on Booksy, went to address on Booksy and contacted number listed on Booksy, had zero messages to my mobile besides the few Mia sent me last night RE my review.)
