Hi Fumni, as you have mentioned yourself in this review I did ask if you were happy with your lashes before leaving and you assured me you were. You did message me when you got home explaining and I was more than happy to accommodate you, however when you got home it was around 10pm and too late for you to return that evening. You were booked for the following day to which I did get a last minute cancellation from you, which I understand happens and I did offer to rebook you however I am a full time working mother and also 5 months pregnant. I cannot offer times I don’t have unfortunately, it’s not that I did not want to allow it this time it is genuinely down to me not having the space. You did mention you had 5 classic lashes fall off and as stated I was and am happy to accommodate you further however I didn’t have availability that matched yours. I would of happily resolved any issues for you but due to you cancelling your appointment this was not possible. I apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope this helps understanding more. Hi Georgia. Thankyou for your review. But previously you have given me a 5* review, to which you have now given me a 1* review because I won’t move paying customers to fix your lashes you pulled out after me also offering a safe removal. I told that I was fully booked and gave you a time on Saturday to which you couldn’t attend so I tried to work around you. Which you wasn’t ok with. That being said, you have threatened my business and made me feel uncomfortable pursuing your treatment based on how you’ve spoken to me when all I have done is try to come up with a resolution. Anybody who knows me and my work knows that I would do anything to support my clients which I have tried with you and you have refused. I apologise for the experience you have received, allbeit not bad service when you told me “I’m in love with them” have a wonderful day and I’m sorry we couldn’t assist you in your endeavour.
