Hi Sebah, im sorry to hear you’re unhappy with the outcome of your appointment. As I explained at the time, your natural lashes were already sparse and damaged, and I made you aware of this before starting your treatment. Unfortunately, I cannot apply extensions to damaged lashes, and I am not responsible for the condition of natural lashes prior to treatment. Due to the condition of your lashes, I wasn’t comfortable booking you back in for a fill, as the same issue would have occurred again. Instead, I advised you to invest in a good lash serum to help improve your lash health before considering further extensions. I do apologise for the delay in my response — I work long hours, have two young children, and was also off work due to a health issue during the time you mentioned, so I wasn’t on my work phone. As stated online, Instagram is the best way to reach me for quicker replies. Since you haven’t contacted me again since then, I do feel that a 1-star review isn’t a fair reflection, as the issue wasn’t with the service but with the condition of your natural lashes. My priority was to protect your lash health, which is why I advised against reapplying extensions until they are stronger. I have also made contact with you to offer you a free lash lift service as I wouldn't want you feeling unhappy and you have also read and ignored this message. All the correct approaches have been made.
