Our appointment was cancelled twice. Third time lucky? No, I got down to where it was but couldn’t work out how to get into the building. Everything w...as locked up. It all appeared closed. I tried calling , first call was answered but then spoke and cut off. The next several calls all rang and went to answerphone. I sent a couple of texts. No response. That was 2hrs ago and he’s never contacted us back. I wasted half an hour sitting around to give him the benefit of the doubt and an opportunity to respond before giving up and heading to one of the barbers in Strood. Shame because the reviews were good. My son is really anxious about getting his haircut and I’d talking him in to going here because of the good reviews. Show more
