After suffering a knee injury through exercise, I have struggled to even walk down the stairs for the last 3 months. Pyshio wasn't working, and i was ...in pain daily. I am due a major op very soon and needed to be able to walk with less pain asap. I have always come to Liz for my sports massages, and last week thought i would treat myself. WOW! After just one 45-minute session, my knee was half the size (the next day) she gave me lots of advice and tips - more than my physiotherapist did in 8 weeks! I am finally moving around a lot easier and in a lot less pain. Thank you so much Liz! I will be back as soon as I'm back on my feet again Show more

I am so happy to have the new pay monthly deal of 2 sports massages a month. Fantastic value and an absolute godsend to help me with my pain managemen...t. Liz is so knowledgeable and skilled in her work, i would be in a lot poorer health if i did not have liz to help me through the month, painkillers are not giving anywhere near enough relief and sports massage keeps me in a position so i can cope with the pain.
