I was really looking forward to my appointment today. Their Instagram is lovely and enjoyed that it was local, away from town. I had full intention of... making this place my regular beautician. However, after the terrible customer service I have just received, this will not be the case. I arrived 7 minutes early, no offer to take my coat or drink. I understand not being seen early so wasn’t fussed at being told to wait. But then 1pm came, the time my appointment should have started, and Harriet was still doing her own nails. If she had another client, or got an apology/drink/coat taken, I genuinely wouldn’t have minded. But nothing, I was left. I waited another 8 minutes and still nothing. I went over and she was still doing her nails, tried telling me she was running late. Ridiculous! I am so lenient with lateness as I understand that people need a break and you can run behind, but this was shocking! It’s all well and good being amazing at the beauty part, but learn how to treat clients, especially new ones. Don’t do your nails before a client is due. Such a shame. Also, I didn’t get asked for a patch before and I’m pretty sure you’re supposed to do that before a lash lift for a new client. Show more
